Two-level Duplex (SOLD OUT):
Note:  floorplan is the same as the widened version of the Main Level and Ground Level plans of the three-level duplex, except that in the two-level duplex, the kitchen has been lengthened by eight feet.

Floorplan Notes:

There are two Single Unit floorplans: A and B. Ground level on both includes an integral garage (where site contours allow) and storage areas, in addition to laundry/utility area. On some sites, a side-entry garage may be possible. On some sites, driving access to the ground level may be limited, and in those cases, the ground level will be unfinished, with the possibility of conversion into an additional bedroom, bath, and recreation room. Either unit may be placed on most sites in Phases 1 and 7. See site plan for site locations.

A two-level variant of the B unit may be used in certain locations, omitting the garage/storage level.

Single Unit "A" floorplan:

Over 2800 square feet of living space, with a main-level greatroom, a lake-facing deck, and a main-level Master Bedroom. Includes 2 additional Bedroom/Bath suites, plus top-level level Loft/Bedroom, plus second level Study/Sitting Area. This unit has three finished levels above the ground level, affording spectacular lake views from the second floor sitting area and the third floor bedroom.

Single Unit "B" floorplan:

Over 2100 square feet of living space, with a main-level greatroom which opens to a deck facing the lake, and a main-level Master Bedroom. Includes an additional Master Bedroom on the second level, plus a second level Bedroom and hallway bath, as well as a second level Bedroom/Study with cathedral ceiling and an overlooking loft, accessed by a ladder.

Three-level Duplex floorplan:

Approximately 1800 square feet of living space, with a main-level great room opening to a deck facing the lake. Includes a top-level Master Suite with Bedroom, Bath, and walk-in closet. Ground level includes an additional Bedroom/Bath suite, plus a third bedroom and hallway bath.

Two-level Duplex floorplan:

Approximately 1300 square feet of living space. Main level is larger than the main level on the three-level duplex, with a greatroom including an expanded kitchen and dining area with skylight, a lake-facing deck, and an open stairway to the lower level. The ground level includes a master Bedroom/Bath with a patio door opening onto a lower-level deck, a second bedroom with a hallway bath, and a laundry/storage area. The pricing for this style unit includes a combination of ceramic tile, wood or wood laminate and berber carpet floor coverings, a gas fireplace, natural wood trim, and ceiling fans.

A four-unit "quad" style model is also under consideration for future construction.
